About our Loma Linda sunroom contractor team
Why I came back to building sunrooms
I built patio covers and sunrooms when I was younger, then spent years in a different line of work. When I came back to the trade and started Loma Linda Sunrooms & Patios in 2021, I saw how much I'd missed building, and I didn't want to waste time doing it halfway. We're based here in Loma Linda. Most of our calls come from homeowners in the city and the cities around it who have a covered patio, a slab or a deck they want to close in.
We're best known for turning those spaces into rooms people actually use. I care about getting the room right the first time, because fixing a foundation or adding insulation later costs you more than doing it up front. That's why I'd rather tell you no on the first visit than sell you a room your deck or slab can't hold. You can see the rooms we build on our home page.
What you can expect when you work with us
A straight answer on the first visit
When I look at your patio, slab or deck, I tell you right there what it can hold and which room fits it. You won't be left waiting on a plan to find out whether the room you want will work.
The person who quotes your job measures it
I measure and quote every job in person, and our own crew does the building. Nothing gets lost between what we talked about at the estimate and what goes up on your house.
Glass, shade and insulation settled up front
We decide on the glass, the shade and the insulation with you before the build starts. Adding them after the room is finished costs you more, so we'd rather get them right before we begin.
Our licensing and how we handle permits in Loma Linda
State contractor license
California's contractors' licensing board licenses the people who build rooms like these. Any city that requires a permit also needs a licensed contractor's signed statement that the license is in full force, so an unlicensed builder can't pull one for your job. We're Fully licensed and insured.
City business license and building permits
The City of Loma Linda requires a city business license before anyone does business here, and a contractor applying for one has to show proof of a state license. Permits come from the city's Building and Safety Division. When a job needs one, we put together the plans and paperwork, file with the city and meet the inspector for each inspection.
